Staybridge Suites - Houston - Galleria Area, an IHG Hotel

Firstly, the location is great, conveniently situated near the Galleria Mall, offering easy access to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. WiFi was great through, no issues throughout. The suites themselves had great AC, they were also well lit, super clean, stylish, spacious and well-appointed, TV was easy to use, not a smart tv but not an issue - lots of channels and you can cast. The suites provided a comfortable and homey atmosphere. I had a great view and loved watching the sunset from my higher up room with floor to ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dish washer, hot plate and microwave was a great feature, allowing me to prepare meals when I preferred to stay in. There were also, utensils, plates, pots, etc… everything you need if you do want to cook. There were dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. The beds were big, exceptionally comfortable and had the softest sheets ensuring a good night's sleep. Housekeeping is automatic Monday to Friday and nothing on the weekend. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was generous and varied, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. Lots of beverages and there was a waffle making station. Additionally, the staff were great—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities, including the fitness center and the outdoor pool was nice and had shaded area, also were well-maintained and added to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. The 24-hour convenience store within the hotel was also a nice touch - pricey but convenient making it easy to grab snacks or necessities at any time. I loved the high efficiency washing machines cleaning clothes in 20mins and drying them in 30 - for free! The social hour with free wine and bites was also a nice touch. I always felt safe. Overall, my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston Galleria was great.

All in all, this was a very good hotel and stay; the hotel is new and decent. the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is good and new furniture, fridge and all amenities. The breakfast is well made and maintained. A very impressive "3 star" hotel. it deserves more.
